learned a lot of new skills, i get to enjoy my learning and find out details of the inner working of travel, its very interesting.

lots of support and help, feel comfortable talking to my manager and can resolve anything with them

lots of support, monthly meetings, there if i need them if i message through and the reviews are great

its helped me so much as i know so much more information then i would if i just didn't do the learning side of the program.

we go out for meals as a team which is lovely, there are lot of opportunities for internal events

because its a really fun place to work, i feel comfortable fully in the role and excited to go to work which is normally a hard thing to find
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TUI UK & Ireland?
just be yourself, the interview questions are not hard and if you need to think for a second remember thats okay - find out interesting facts about tui and also have some questions to ask
