As a Modern Apprentice for TUI, my day to day roles are providing customers with the highest service, I'm fairly new to the company so i have been welcoming customers on the Welcome Desk, shadowing colleagues and completing all my training.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I've learnt loads while working for TUI for just under 3 months. It's brought out my confidence when talking to customers. I've also learnt a lot more about different destinations as per my training. I've learnt about Foreign Currency/Exchange rates and Selling Insurance.

Structure and Support

It's extremely well organised. I have a coach, who i contact all the time, vise versa as well as organising formal reviews and casual catch up's over Teams.

A lot of support. Everyone is lovely, there is always someone i can go to for help and they'll never decline.

5/5
YES, there's loads, i'm involved in some myself. TUI book club, I'm also interested in the running group and i'm eager to take part in a Charity support day (A day, in which i choose to volunteer for a company where i still get paid from my company)
