Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Different panels with graduates from each business division, a case study/simulation each day to understand the work involved within each division, and networking sessions with business representatives.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was very insightful. I have a much better understanding about which roles I might be interested in and which roles I am not as interested in.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The employees at J.P. Morgan are genuinely nice and willing to share their experiences with you. The level of enthusiasm most employees had for their job was also quite high, with a few exceptions.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I enjoyed it thoroughly, although I do wish it could've been a day or two longer. The sessions were really packed and there was often not enough time to ask all of the questions.
