As part of my role I concentrate on social media graphic design using Adobe Suite, email marketing, and monitoring campaign insights and analytics.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed my digital marketing program as it allowed me to Identify areas of marketing I wanted to further my learning again but also allowed me to identify key strengths within my skillset and role to enhance and better my performance to tailor my career journey.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Throughout my apprenticeship I have advanced lots of skills in Digital Marketing Fundamentals -understanding the basic principles and concepts of digital marketing, including various channels such as social media, email, and search engine optimisation. My continuous learning has also allowed me to develop in digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Why?
My apprenticeship has allowed me to grow and better my skills and knowledge of marketing and I would recommend for someone especially if they are starting out in the field or to get a better understanding of Digital Marketing.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Baltic Apprenticeships?
Don't be discouraged from completing an apprenticeship if you already have previous knowledge or qualifications within Digital Marketing. I previously completed a degree and have found benefits from completing my apprenticeship.
