What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Initially, I never knew about the other front-office divisions such as Securities and Market Risk.
So, it was great to finally learn about all these other areas.
Since we all got to learn about the different front-office divisions, we could then differentiate between the areas we were most interested in.

JPMorgan takes a lot of time to ensure its work environment is very diverse and also provides funding to set up events catering to different groups of people.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed this insight to a great extent as I now have a stronger idea of which division I want to go into when I start my career. Furthermore, the kind culture of the firm makes me feel as though I can have a long-lasting career at JPMorgan.
