I lead a team to price holidays for a new season. Review price initiatives to drive more early bookings and increase revenue

I have enjoyed meeting other apprentices from different business. I have enjoyed learning again.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have gained a lot of new skills. I have learnt how to clean and combine data using Python. I have learnt how to use Tableau to visualise data. Learnt SQL to reduce a the size of the data. I analyse data differently by using different charts.

I have regular catch up with my line manager and he very supportive with my development and supports with balancing work with OTJ

I have regular catch ups with my mentor and my coach. They both support with my development and help me reflect on what I have achieved

It has already benefited my current role as my first project was something that as a business we thought wouldn't be possible to do
