I get a lot of support from my training provide . My coach is always available to talk and we have constant reviews and practice sessions for the EPA

A lot. Customer service is a very sought after and valuable skill for any position

Why?
Excellent leave entitlement and pension. Staff are very friendly and willing to help, all round its been a very positive experience
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sandwell Council?
Recognise that interviews are performed different in the council then in most other private sector jobs
