As Admin Team Leader I help with the day to day running of the clinic, I am the first port of contact for the team to raise any issues. I manage staff leave, training and appraisals.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I genuinely really enjoy the programme itself, not so much the Maths and English functional skills I was required to do along side though.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
my training has given me a greater depth of knowledge in my field, which has led to confidence within myself and this is visible in my work.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme is incredible well structured and easy to use.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My employer is very understanding of the support I require in order to succeed in the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My learning coach, has been such a great support for me, always on hand to answer questions and check my understanding of what is required.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Its hugely expanded on my knowledge and really boosted my confidence in my role which I feel shows in my work and my communication.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
I am sure there are, however being a busy mum of three teenagers with extra-curricular activities I do not have the time to partake in these myself, however I do help out with such activities and I am club welfare officer for a local sporting team.
