Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
A 3 day program with a range of activities from networking events, panel sessions, workshops, team-building, and presentations from current employees about their roles.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was great to hear all about JPM and its Tech department. The company shows a great deal of appreciation for their employees and provides a range of paths and support for people working there-really exciting to hear about!

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone was extremely welcoming, friendly, and open to questions. The culture was evidently collaborative and inclusive. Members of the recruitment team showed genuine enthusiasm for having us there!
