Talks from the current employees about the company and their roles, workshops on new skills related to technology, and a lot of networking.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very useful for me as I didn't know that much about the roles available in depth before coming to J.P Morgan however talking to the employees has helped me gain so much insight into what their day to day life looks like on the job and what they do for the company helped me understand what I want to do in the future.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
They were all very friendly and easy to talk to which made my Spring Internship experience so much fun and allowed me to ask all the questions I want without feeling overwhelmed or stressed.
