Management trainees are trained to manage and run their own team. Taking on the responsibility of a manger within the branch, taking ownership for projects.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

The placement for me has been 100% worth it and I have developed both personally and professionally. The job is challenging to balance with university commitments.
