My role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process for the company. On a day-to-day basis, I collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations. I also manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
