My role involves assisting customers in planning and booking their travel experiences. On a day-to-day basis, I provide personalised advice, recommend destinations, and help customers choose the best holiday options based on their preferences and budget. I handle customer inquiries, make bookings, and ensure a smooth travel journey for each customer.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Being able to help customers create their dream vacations and witnessing their excitement is incredibly rewarding. The travel industry is dynamic and ever-changing, providing me with new challenges and opportunities for growth. The supportive work environment and the passion for travel shared by my colleagues make the experience even more enjoyable.
