In the organisation I am in charge of overseeing daily operations to ensure that they run smoothly and effectively, oversee personnel, organising shipments, planning routes, monitoring performance indicators, and making sure rules are followed and I deal with fixing issues, enhancing processes, and guaranteeing prompt delivery of goods and services.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my job a lot as the operational manager for transport and logistics because at most I love the program's dynamic nature, the difficulties it provides, and the chance to serve as a team leader and make a positive difference in the company's operations majorly and outside our environment.
