i really enjoy this program as it has been a dream job of mine since a young age and i have a passion for it

yes, in the time i have been here i have learnt many lots of important information and developed mechanical skills from doing hands on jobs

my program is well structured, starting with basic learning when you are new to the job and progressing into harder learning when you are more developed

my employer is easy to get along with and does there best to resolve issues I have, meaning I am very well supported in the workplace

my training provide does reviews on my learning to help me track my progression, they will also do extra learning to revisit things I have learnt but not fully understood

i feel as though the qualification through my training provider helps me to preform better because it helps me to keep track of my progression giving me a sense of achievement when I tick things off with my skills coach

at my workplace there are events that happen at times of the year like Christmas, where we went go karting as a reward for our work with the company

I would advise them to show interest in the job as it makes it easier to understand complex things and also show willingness to do hard work and get involved even if you don't know how to do something its worth having a go at
