Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am the team leader for the Ford Mobile Service Operation, being a new project to Motus Commercials I am currently operating the van and using any additional time I have outside of carrying out the repairs to monitor and adjust process. I also take some time from the diary to prospect new customers and maintain existing customers with Ford.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed the programme. It was a lot more work then expected I will admit that but at the end of it, it has all been worth the while. I would highly recommend this program to any other team leader within the business. I have no doubt they will benefit from it as much as I have.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, the main skill I feel I've been able to take away from my apprenticeship has been the deeper understanding of myself and others. Having this knowledge can really assist with everything in and outside of work. It helps me create stronger teams and better relationships with not only customers but others in my life.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Hats off to Chris, the programme was very structured and organised through out the whole period. Was constantly aware of where in the programme we was at all times and if ever was to fall out of track or off line Chris was always there to support and get me back on track.

Just be yourself, Motus Commercials will grow you as a person. If your not your true self from the start you won't be able to grow.
