To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
The learning is interesting however the KSB's on the apprenticeship side seem very loose and vague.

3/5
Yes, knowledge of working practices in software engineering

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Not great, after onboarding there are periods with little structure the training provider is also hit with staff shortages creating scheduling changes and moving to a mainly online model.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
TUI are very supportive, they allow me time to study beyond the 20% and people always offer help when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I feel a bit disconnected from the provider as online sessions can be difficult to follow. However tutors are generally responive to questions, and provide source materials to supplement the work
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
There are elements that help, ususally understanding terms. I haven't seen a crossover of skills yet, though it is still early days.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
I have set up and run a social network for gaming, I am also organising a community volunteering day
