Due to the size of the employer there is a number of ways that staff can develop professionally and they are currently going through a culture programme to provide more methods for developing a career within the organisation if that is what you want.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to University of Oxford?
When applying for an apprenticeship do look at the apprenticeship website on the OU page as it goes through how the University will support you during the programme.
