Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend McDonald's to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Personally I wouldn't say it's a great long term plan (for some people it is) but it does act as a great stepping stone into the adult world for the younger generations, it teaches important skills and as you progress through the company it only teaches you more, not only skills needed to perform your job as manager say but it teaches you restraint and how to deal with problems or people with a more open mind. It can also set you up with a lot of experience for your next job or for your dream career that you're studying for.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
Be respectful of everyone when you start but know to stick up for yourself professionally and calmly, know your rights before starting as not everyone is educated on them. Work to impress at the start then you will have the respect of the managers and they will treat you as someone who knows how to handle them self, and for the U18s they will treat you like an adult.
