Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I have been given so much responsibility within my placement the main reason i decided to go for enterprise was because the company made a point in that their interns will not just be grabbing tea and coffee but will be making an impact in the business everyday and I feel like I have done just that. I get left to make important business decisions by myself which builds my confidence for management roles that I may take on in my future

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?

I have learnt a lot about resilience and determination and that I am a lot stronger than I originally thought. I have learnt how to problem solve and work around awkward situations and always find a solution for our customers!

I was always made aware that I would have support and guidance throughout my placement year, area and branch managers were always checking in making sure I was feeling good and was always there if I had any questions or concerns I needed answered

Enterprise is like one big family, everyone knows everyone in the area and we love to lift each other up and always support one another when we need it most

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I really enjoyed my placement, it was such a good experience for me as it allowed myself to get involved in many different areas of business which helped me get more of an idea of what I want to do after university.
