To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is challenging, and sometimes difficult to fit around work and family commitments but I enjoy spending time with my peers in similar roles and share advice and experiences

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Working through each module has allowed me to develop my skills as a leader and put that into practice in my workplace

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme has been well organised. There has been some tutor sickness which did impact on one unit but the Uni were quick to put contingency plans in place so our learning would not be affected.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My employer is very supportive with allowing the 20% off the job time and giving advice and guidance for assignments. I also feel well supported in my role to improve as a leader.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support is always there if you need it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification has given me the knowledge to improve my skills and behaviours and become a better leader.

The Trust ensures that staff get a reflect and reconnect day once a year where we go off site and do something away from work
