Support and Guidance

I personally didn’t need it - but the option was there for those who did.
You have support from your line manager, colleagues on the team, and your person tutors at university. They all reach out to you a lot. My line manager and I had 1-1s every week. My tutor would reach out once a month. And I often met with colleagues for their support too.
Even when there was issues occurring, the support network was great
