Helping to provide assistance to more senior colleagues and helping to facilitate with the day to day tasks to ensure project delivery across a variety of projects at different stages.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the aspect of earning a salary while completing a study day once a week with UCEM. The endless amounts of opportunities that Arcadis can offer in terms of projects to be involved with.

I believe that the structure is good with the release day for uni studies, however I think more structure could have been considered regarding chartership (RICS APC)

People within the business are always supportive of each other so seeking support or help both personally and professionally has never been an issue.

Some of the modules studied at UCEM don't feel relevant to my role, however some modules are also relevant and have played a key role in building my understanding.
