Assisting senior members of the team with various tasks such as cost planning, estimating and measuring on a variety of different projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Its a very good programme as I am exposed to a number of different tasks which helps me gain, knowledge and experience. Also nice to see the topics studied in the degree being put into practice in the real world.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have monthly catch-up calls to make sure I am up to speed with everything and to see if I need any extra support on anything specific.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A lot, the QS degree helps me massively with understanding my job role and I get to see things I have learnt about be put into practice, e.g. how contracts are formed, any terms and clauses of a contract, etc.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, Arcadis tend to set up in-house events every other week or so, which helps build new relationships with other employees.
