Property management. Tenant enquiries, leases, lettings. renewals, licences, easements, way-leaves, rent reviews. Other property portfolio matters.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed it although it was difficult to keep on track with workload at times.

Well structured. Weekly activities set out on the VLE.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Good support during the degree. Less support with APC. Took some time to arrange an external consultant to help support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Good support from UCEM during the degree. Much less when it comes to APC. I think students would benefit from structured training for this.
