Staff management: rosters, sickness, appraisals, finance/budgets, HR meetings, Occupational Health referrals.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Unfortunately, I have experience disorganisation and changes to tutors. This has not been a good experience, though there has been slight improvement with the change of tutor.

Lessons are structured but organisation could be improved: Links, notes and presentations sent prior to the lesson.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Time allowed for study days, although workload occasionally impacts on this time. Need more shadowing.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor encourages me and reassures that I am on target. Able to arrange 121s, if required.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This should support me in my role and have more of an understanding. I do not feel I will perform better with the qualification.

We have dental meetings: BSPD, CDS events.

Would you recommend NHS to a friend?
No
Why?
I would be reluctant to recommend the course/provider due to the problems I have experienced. However, they have provided other courses for staff that have been successful.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS?
If you are experiencing problems, speak out immediately with the provider, your manager and the apprentice team.
