Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I co-ordinate training for a number of Hospitals and Specialist Services. We receive a number of email training queries from hospitals and calls. We deal with adhoc projects throughout the year which feed into our organisational strategy.

I am currently enjoying the programme and I am finding it very useful.

Yes, I have learnt a number of ways of which I can make projects I deal with better and learn for the mistakes. I have learnt the way projects should be dealt with.

I receive support from all at work and they are always offering help if needed

I have bi weekly calls with the training provider whom provide support.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am already noticing the qualification helping me perform better. I am already using what I have learnt from the workshops in daily tasks and the projects that I am looking at working on in the future.
