Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day serving customers looking for and booking holidays and also helping customers out with any enquiries and issues they may have. Going into the bureau to exchange foreign currency for our customers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme itself is easy and it is useful having support from my coach as she is easy to contact.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my geography and knowledge of the world. I am completely new to travel so anything within the travel industry is completely new to me. I've also bettered my customer service skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I feel it is very well organised and it is clear what is needed from me for me to pass.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel I do have enough support, however it is difficult to sometimes get time away from the shopfloor to do my apprentice work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support and know that my coach is there when I need her and she is very easy to speak to. She always pushes me to do my best and get the best information out of me
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My coach always helps me develop on my work if she feels there is anything that I have missed but she knows I am capable of doing it but am not sure how to put into my own words.
