MY role at Ceva is recruitment advisor where I recruit warehouse and transport office roles.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the apprentice and the work that comes with it. It's great to learn new skills and be able to use them towards the work I do.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Since starting my apprentice I have learnt new skills such as communication skills and communication with higher level managers. It has also improved my confidence .
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is very structured and easy to follow. The help is available at any time I need it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer. I can turn to anyone at work to receive help or to be involved in any activities to help me expand my knowledge.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have a fantastic skills coach Gaynor, she is great and always helps with with any problems I have or questions. She encourages me to learn and send me great materials to read.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think that all I am learning helps me improve my skills and gain new ones towards my work quality.

i have had a few social events for example on world clean up day, conference or Christmas party.
