5/5
yes, I have gained a lot of experience in my current apprenticeship for L4 management. I can confidently say I am a better leader for it as it has helped me understand the different leadership styles, what motivates others etc. I have also learnt about unconscious Bias which before hand I didn't know this is something we all experience daily

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I have full support from my employer, regional manager, team and apprentice coach which is very helpful for me as i dont just have one person to rely on at one time. This helps when it comes to needing a quick answer as well. But the support I have gotten so far has been amazing
