Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The presentations were really informative in both learning about the firm from different people, and also the application process. Lots of good hints and tips were given that will be useful going forward.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very intriguing learning about the roles in the business, especially as Taylor Wessing stress that anyone is any role is equal to another, which I think is a very good philosophy to have.

The networking lunch helped in learning to talk to trainees and what questions to ask them as well as just have a general conversation.
The commercial awareness game helped learn to deliver a pitch as well as think about all different aspects of a business.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
In terms of the trainees and partners attitudes, they were very relaxed and happy to converse, which makes the firm seem more welcoming when looking at it. As well everyone is equal which is a really appealing trait of the firm.
