utilizing a case management ticketing system, action incoming request from the wider business relating to all parts of employee lifecycle, ensuring key actions and milestones are communicated at regular intervals, provide first line support to managers with queries relating to HR systems and processes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Not much if I am honest. I have chosen data analyst program to develop my analysing skills but all I am doing is writing some essay. All my work is about to write something, do presentation. Where is excel there?
