My role involves working as a team to provide the best service to our customers. We want customers to feel welcome. We want to help them choose the right holiday for them and answer any questions they have, recommend excursions, holiday destinations and much more.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the apprenticeship programme as it is fun, I love learning new skills everyday and increasing my knowledge and skills of the job role.

I have learnt many new skills such as: good communication skills and effective communication, good decision making, learning how all the systems work, organisation skills and much more

Why?
It is an amazing company to work for as it is such a fun working environment and you learn so much on the job. The apprentice is amazing as you gain a qualification as well as working and learning. TUI an amazing place to work if you have a passion for travel.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TUI UK & Ireland?
I would just go for it!!! It is so amazing and you'll love working with Tui as all the staff are so lovely and friendly and the job is just amazing. In your interview just be you.
