My main job role is not fixed, I move around the site into different areas in order to get exposure in the areas that relate to my current university module.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

This is the best choice I possibly could have made for higher education and I come in every day with a smile on my face because I get to do what I love.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so many skills around business analytics and general day-to-day running of a logistics company.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My program is very well structured and the next steps are very clearly set out.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manager is extremely supportive and goes above and beyond to help with anything I need. The wider company are also heavily involved with the apprentices and are always offering new and exciting events and opportunities in order to gain us some exposure.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My course leaders and mentors are available whenever needed and deliver some great lectures.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe that my qualifications has allowed me to understand my role above what I expected in a very short period of time.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have been involved in ice breakers, talks with MD's, Apprenticeship Bake Off's and I have also recently been invited to a round table event.
