I manage the Early Careers and Apprenticeship programmes for CEVA Logistics in the UK, Ireland and Scotland.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed the programme, although the training provider I went through didn't provide a very good service.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My apprenticeship provided me with well-rounded knowledge of the Human Resources function and the core values of a people professional.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The content was really well structured, however there were no deadlines or submission dates attached to the assignments or work that needed to be completed which made it very difficult to stay on track.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received support from my colleagues when I needed additional advice or guidance on the content of the apprenticeship and was given time to complete the work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Very mixed, I have 4 skills coaches throughout my apprenticeship and the support from each of them was very different, I would say more could have been done.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has helped to broaden my understand, thinking, commerciality and put me in a great position for further progression.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We hold a host of different activities, include sports or fitness related activities such as walking challenges, team social events, site celebrations such as the recent Jubilee, environmental clean up team days - there is lots to get involved in.
