Providing project management support to senior colleagues; minute taking, document management, risk and issue management, action tracking and report writing. Health and Safety Representative. Organiser of personal and group development events for office, and social event organiser. Organise and chair professional development workshops for South West.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy working and earning a good wage, and continually learning and developing my personal and professional abilities and skills.

My organisational and communication skills have developed, as well as my confidence. I have also developed my ability to use Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
