Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves being responsible for the Fiat Professional and Isuzu Pick-up franchises across 3 sites. I cover both sales and service with mu overall objective of making sure every site is profitable and meets their KPI's.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my programme. My tutor is excellent and provides me with all the support that i need. My company also fully support me which really hepls with the enjoyment of the programme.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I fins with this role that i am constantly learning new skills and the operations course provided by LSP has really helped me develop those skills using different methods and theories that i wasn't aware of before.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well organised. There is a training platform that allows me to upload and organise my work and the monthly group sessions with my tutor and colleagues set clear objectives on what work needs completing and by when.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have the full support of my employer. My line manager engages with my reviews and allows me plenty of time in my working day to get my coursework completed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive plenty of support from my training provider. Now that the group sessions have finished we have regular one to ones and reviews and they are always available whenever i have a question.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I started my role in August 2022. The role is very different to my previous role and involves a lot of admin, account work, leading and managing people at multiple sites, project managing plus much more. The qualification is invaluable to my new role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are plenty of extra- curricular activities to get involved in which include coffee mornings, dress down days, charity days, tik tok competition with fantastic prizes and my personal favourite is at christmas when they do an advent competition with a question each day with daily prizes.

Why?
Motus Commercials have supported me through my career progression for the last 9 years taking me from a technician to a head of franchise. This has only been made achievable by the constant support and training that i have had from my employer. A great place to work!
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to MOTUS Commercials?
When you apply for Motus commercials you will find that it's not just a job it's also somewhere that you will make great new friends, receive all the training that you want, enjoy various activities and feel that you have achieved something at the end of each day!
