I recruit for the sites across the UK, posting adverts, sifting through candidates, arranging interviews

I am new to recruitment although not the business, i am starting to understand how recruitment works, what is needed to showcase the company through our adverts, socials etc

very well organised, probably could do with more help on the maths side of things though

I always get great support and my employer wants me to do as much training as i want for my role

Really good support, there if anything needed, as previously discussed maybe just need it little more support on my maths revision

Actually doing my role on a day to day basis helps me learn a lot but there are things i haven't come across in my day to day job that i have learnt from my training provider
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are always events going on at work, we have monthly competitions, we have events to raise money all the time, dress down days, advent calendars in December where you can win prizes

Why?
I have been with Motus for 20 years, they have always supported me and promoted training to better myself, they also promote employees to climb the ladder within the company which i have done
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to MOTUS Commercials?
If you ever have any issues then just talk to someone whether it be the HR manager or the manager, Motus are a company run by people who put employees welfare first
