As i was part of the first cohort to undertake a full 5 year apprenticeship the organisation has been practically non existent, from what i have seen when helping onboarding new apprentices this has improved

Whatever i ask for the employer most of the time provides and if not we have discussions to come to a compromise
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They have provided some sessions for help with ICE accreditation and standard university work

From what i have experience in my role what i have carried out has not had any cross over with my university work
