Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
- Overseeing training across our seven stores
- Reviewing business/people performance - creating action plans (SWOT)
- Arranging and holding induction meetings
- General admin duties
- Performance reviews and appraisals
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
I ended up starting behind other people on my cohort as I wasn't given all of my logins so wasn't able to get on with my learning.

We have big company party once a year over Christmas and each store are able to organise days out for their crew also.
