The apprenticeship provider offers a structured and clear schedule the company agreed to support. Initially might look hectic and confusing, but as time passes, adjusting to the mechanisms and programme requirements is pretty straightforward.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As an apprentice, I can raise my concerns using the mechanisms put in place by the provider, like coaching and student association support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel more confident participating in projects in my workplace. The apprenticeship has helped me to get familiar with a professional language and become knowledgeable of industry trends I can use to perform at a standard level.

Social is an essential part of life within Arcadis, and there is a wide variety of activities to be part of, like charity day, quiz day, sports groups, yoga and many more.

Be excited and show interest in being part of it. Read about the exciting global projects and visualize yourself participating in those and contributing to achievement with your skills and acquiring even more.
