I have been using current McDonald’s training, which has given me a better insight into how the business is run, and also the learning providers. Learning modules have also helped me understand things better, but may have not been provided by McDonald’s. This will give me better skills and other opportunities outside of McDonald’s.

My current franchisee, and McDonald’s have been very helpful with the apprenticeship panel, supported me by providing me with a laptop. I am also given time on shift to learn new things that can help towards my on the job training. I’m also given time during the week to do my apprenticeship tasks. I am also giving hic chats by my employer to ensure I am finding the apprenticeship program helpful, and if I got any concerns I can raise it then

My training provider has been given me support every month we have been having how was it going meetings over video chat. I am also able to raise concerns of problems. 5/5
The qualification that I will receive from the provider will help me better perform in my current role and will also help me with promotion inside the franchise I work for. It’s also giving me better knowledge and understanding that I did not have before and I’m hoping to put these tasks and knowledge I have learnt into practice on shift to help me run about a shift and to better understand the business
