The Overall Rating is the average of all the ratings given in each category. We take those individual ratings and combine them into one final score!
Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
My current role is similar to the apprenticeship demands, however as a full-time employee I have more responsibility and can help in any area of the job.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
I always tell people that the thing I like most about my job is that everyday is different. There are parts of my day that remain the same, but these are not boring, and for the most part I am finding something new to work on each day.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
How much support do you receive from your employer?
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
I don’t think I’d be nearly as confident as I currently am had I not gone through 18 months of development, and a gradual increase in workload/difficulty throughout that period.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
Also, I am a member of the apprentice ambassadors team, and have attended school/career fairs, as well as social events organised by other ambassadors. It's nice to talk to people doing similar roles to mine, in a social setting.
