QS Private and Commercial Practice 1 - this module is mapped against the Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship Standard in relation to information management and construction technology skills, costing and cost planning of construction works knowledge, and act in a way that promotes trust in the surveying profession and take responsibility behaviours.

Even if you don't have any understanding of the job role, as long as you have the required skills and qualifications you have the ability to understand the role. I became a trainee QS without even knowing what one was, and since my first day my knowledge has expanded.
