Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
A fast paced environment in business management involving all aspects of the business ranging from sales/ logistics to debt/ accounting. Day to day roles include delivering cars / sales/ customer service / marketing accounts
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I am given the same amount of responsibility as any management trainee/ management assistant which really surprised me. I love the amount of responsibility I am given.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have learnt so many new skills since starting my placement - skills such as sales/ customer service/ management/ organisation/ consistency/ dealing with difficult situations/ teamwork / initiative. It has developed my confidence immensely and it has definitely changed me as a person.

I am given a lot guidance throughout my placement. There is so much support around you in your team/ other colleagues throughout the Enterprise business which I am so grateful for.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It depends what branch you are located in. But my general experience has been positive/ friendly and I do feel like Enterprise do encourage that environment.

I am really enjoying my placement. I love the fast paced environment/ I love how much my team supports me/ I love how much my team want the best for me and push me to be the best person I can be.
