I work on software development projects, using different tools and languages. I work in an agile way of working so I tend to use Jira daily.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy learning, meeting new people attending university and growing my knowledge

I have learnt a lot about OutSystems, as well as Java, python javascript

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Its quite well structured. I have a university day each week for the uni course then work the rest of the week.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manager is very supportive and always there if I need. I can get help or time to do uni work whenever needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive some support from the university with some feedback on each module, however it isnt always as good as I would like.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Some of the modules are well suited for my role and have helped to perform better in certain program languages.

Good apprenticeship with support as well as a good starting pay for young adults who want to learn and work at the same time.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fujitsu?
Be yourself, don't worry if you don't know everything at once the idea of an apprenticeship is to help you learn and grow. Be ready to work hard.
