Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My role involves working in an agile way to create applications and software solutions for internal and external clients
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I am enjoying the work greatly however the University studies are less enjoyable

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt many new skills whilst enjoying the process. I have become accredited in some of these skills which Fujitsu has funded.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme is fairly well structured however I think the structure has been in place for many years and needs to change with the times.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
The learning support is phenomenal, I receive plenty of time to learn and develop on the job. The benefits package leaves a bit to be desired and financial support is severely lacking.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Amazing level of support, I cannot fault Fujitsu in this respect. I receive ample time and encouragement to work towards my degree.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
There is an overlap between my study and my work which allows me to apply the University work on the job. However not all study is relevant.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
There is a small amount of these but there is limited support from Fujitsu so are mainly organised between employees.
