Fujitsu is organised well, Winchester is not. They have terrible admin and poor organisation leaving me with a 4 hour break to do nothing during the day

Im very individual however at Fujitsu there is support whenever I need it from numerous people

As much as i need but again I'm very individual. Some lecturers are more open to offering help than others.

As a software developer ive only done to relating modules. every other module is business/management related meaning in my whole course only ~10% is relating to my job

As much as i want, if i have an idea I can promote it and normally they would be approved if they seem beneficial in any way

Why?
The business seems to run more as a family, focussing on employee satisfaction and wellbeing as opposed to simply producing income
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fujitsu?
Be yourself, Fujitsu favours happy, natural and friendly employees instead of up-tight, business-only individuals
