Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
In placement my PA and PS communicate well with me and include me in relevant meetings and learning opportunities.
Uni has mostly been organised. There has been a couple of times where there were last minute amendments to the timetable, but other than that there has not been any issues. Lecturers communicate well and I have not had any issues contacting them when I've needed to.
I would have appreciated more time scheduled in for my portfolio as often I am having to do this in my own time/ at the weekend. Also because the learning has been so full on I haven't taken any of my holidays as holidays as they have all been used for studying.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
Throughout the course I have been struggling with migraines, my workplace worked hard to support me through this. If I have any worries/concerns I can easily speak to my manager/ PA/PS/ Student Lead.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Every module I have learnt so much from and the learning has related really well to my practice. I will definitely be a better practitioner as a result of this course
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
