Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
I work at the reception, dealing with both internal an external customers. My duties will vary from day to day, issuing of parking tickets , issuing keys to contractors and making sure they obtain the work permit, answering telephone calls , assisting visitors on site with directions, monitoring the CCTV and contact the security services during incidents.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
It`s enjoyable at times but there are cases where i feel improvement should be made. My tutors are good at their work and the engagement is very positive but there are times when the sessions are too long.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have improved a great deal in typing and sending out messages and emails to a large recipient, booking of space for meetings. I have learnt how to report faults on the university planon. My communications skills are improving daily as I interact with people from different backgrounds. I have learnt how the BMS works and i now can set and rest whenver there is a fault.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
How much support do you receive from your employer?
1/5
not as much as i will like to. The structure of the university has a length chain of command and hence its never easy to get an answer to some questions

4/5
Its a very slow process but good enough to see through the course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
The training has helped me to understand the priorities and importance of customer satisfaction and how to manage difficult situations by reflective practises. I have set targets and goals for me to achieve within the next five years.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
none that i am aware of.
